VTG Instant Weather Reporter Windsor Model 2110 Hong Kong Box Paperwork. Box has a lot of wear, scuffs, tears, dents and nicks. Antenna is in good shape. It turns on (see video) and has static. I don’t know if it will actually « tune in ».
