Plastic case exhibits no cracks or breaks. The winding key for the clock portion is seized moving just a fraction to the right and refusing to go further. When winding key on the reverse was nudged as far as it would go the clock would begin ticking and hands would begin to move with the clock coming to a stop just a few seconds afterwards.
