I had four of these and this is the last one. It is new open box. Has been tested and is working. Some scratchiness when you do the volume up and down. Sounds awesome once you get it turned up and it doesn't take much turning to get loud. I don't think the TV bands are still available in the US but may be still available in other countries because two of the other three went overseas. The items pictured are all you will receive.
